Day Seven of Self Care - She Splendid With Kimberly Conrad

Day Seven of Self Care- Today was an extra long day with the grandbabies, and tomorrow is hubby's heart surgery, so I am going to take a hot bath and be hopefully sound asleep by 9:00 p.m. Yesterday, Day Six, I did not do anything nurturing for myself, other than drink my green juice, so I guess I am 6 for 7 on this 30 day Challenge:):) Image Credit www.drweil.com
