Day Nine of Self Care - She Splendid With Kimberly Conrad

Hubby is home from the hospital and watching hockey with my visiting son. I have been upstairs in my big leather chair....sitting in the the dark just breathing. Now I am going to do some yoga. My favorite pose is feet on the wall...it is what I finish with- because after it, I just want to go to sleep:):) Photo credit www.beyogi.com 

Day 8 was surgery day, I did not do any self care, so I am 7 of out of nine right now:)
