I Look Within, Inspire 30 Cups in 30 Days Challenge with Kimberly Conrad

Hi Ladies! In keeping with the 30 Cups in 30 Days Challenge.... This is my cup for today.Sometimes a girl needs whipped cream and dark chocolate with her afternoon cappuccino!!:) And....I like to dip my dark chocolate in peanut butter:)


Day #17

Today at lunch I was introduced to a wonderful woman visiting the U.S, from Mauritias Island. She lost her husband four years ago, and now travels a couple of times a year, all alone visiting other countries. She chooses a country she'd like to visit, then finds an art workshop or some kind of course to take there, which enables her to meet new people. I think that is so very BRAVE! I love to travel, but have yet to travel all alone! It was wonderful to hear her stories.

I am a member of a couple of private groups on facebook for women only, and I recently created one myself. These groups are wonderful, as women from around the globe are able to connect. I see women who are virtually strangers, supporting each other through life's challenges, and celebrating each others' victories! They are taking trips to meet each other. Groups of them are meeting up for vacations in other countries; it's such a beautiful thing to watch. I love how relational women are. I love how they are open and share and support each other. I am so thankful to have been born a woman!!
